HOW TO FORM THE LIGHT EFFECTS:
The form and design of the light structures are determined by the context and the direction of the fabric and light source.
The effect on the spectator is not only technological but also visual: everything depends on the angle on which the object falls on the fabric surface. This produces a complex view of the sun. It is possible to use any form of the dot-shaped light source, but there are a few simple correlations:

Using a large beam angle to achieve a long light line

A high light intensity lengthens the line of light

The larger the LED chip, the wider the line
DESIGN EFFECT
Shape and depth of the light lines can be influenced by:

Distance: The greater the distance between fabric and LED, the longer the light lines.

Double layers Fabric: By combining two fabric layers light lines can be realized in horizontal and vertical effect direction.

Angle: Light lines are dependent on the effect direction of the fabric. By rotating the fabric (e.g. 45°) the light lines will follow the new effect direction.

EFFECT DIRECTION

with exactly the same curve, such that the material appears to be facing some way.
